1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supergroup ("the Service"), including our website, mobile applications, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Supergroup is a communications platform that allows users to send and receive messages, participate in group conversations, and share content with other users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Supergroup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any person
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or other applicable platform. All payments are processed by the platform provider, and refund requests should be directed to the respective platform. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Supergroup and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supergroup and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supergroup and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
